Lunar Analytics is building an agentic AI platform for prior authorization, one of the most administratively costly and clinically consequential workflows in healthcare. Prior auth sits at the intersection of clinical urgency and payer bureaucracy, and the teams dealing with it daily need tooling that reduces friction, surfaces the right information, and moves fast.
Lunar came to us before the product was live. They needed a website that could speak to their ideal buyers with precision, product visuals that could explain capabilities that did not yet exist in a working build, and a demo video that could carry the product story into investor and buyer conversations before a live demo was possible. Everything had to be delivered in three weeks.
We designed and developed five product landing pages, each built around a specific segment of Lunar’s ideal customer profile and the distinct problems those buyers were trying to solve. Prior auth touches multiple roles across a health system, from clinical staff managing denials to operations leaders tracking approval cycle times, and each page was structured to speak directly to the friction that mattered most to that reader.
The pages were built for conversion: clear problem framing, product-led proof points, and CTAs structured around how these buyers actually make decisions.
With no working product to screenshot, we designed over 30 custom product UI components from scratch, built entirely from briefs and product vision documents. Each screen was crafted to accurately represent the platform’s capabilities and give prospects a clear, credible picture of what using Lunar would actually look like. The components were used across the website, in sales conversations, and in the demo video.
