About the Project

Equal Access Language Services (EALS) is a Baltimore-based language access governance firm helping healthcare institutions, legal organizations, and educational systems move from fragmented, ad hoc language support to auditable, compliance-grade infrastructure. Their flagship offering, the EITLA framework, trains organizational leaders to treat language access as a risk, safety, and governance function, not a support service.

EALS founder Carol Velandia came to us with a clear problem: deep expertise and growing demand, but a digital presence and distribution strategy that could not keep up. We were brought in to build the full marketing and operational stack, from sales-ready landing pages to a functioning lead nurturing ecosystem, and to position EALS as the institutional authority in its space.

Website Design, Copywriting, and Development

We designed, wrote, and developed two new landing pages for EALS in 48 hours with zero revisions: a conversion-focused sales page for the EITLA course enrollment flow, and a dedicated page for their new AI-powered translation and interpretation services for health and legal clients. Both pages were built to convert, with clear messaging hierarchies, structured CTAs, and gated resource downloads available to prospects for lead capture and self-qualification.

The broader site is supported by ongoing monthly maintenance, periodic content updates, and security monitoring handled by our team, ensuring the platform stays current as EALS scales into new markets.

Marketing Strategy

We developed a comprehensive 12-month marketing plan positioning EALS as a governance partner for enterprise institutions rather than a traditional language services vendor. The strategy is built around five sectors, including healthcare, public service, insurance, legal, and education, each with tailored messaging, buyer journey mapping, channel cadence, and conversion pathways from awareness through to EITLA pilots.

The plan includes a full performance scoring framework, quarterly KPI roadmaps, and a content repurposing engine that multiplies every podcast episode, briefing, and blog post across channels. It is designed to be founder-executable without a large team.

Pitch Deck

We produced a polished pitch deck for Carol to present the EITLA course at keynotes and during high-stakes prospect meetings. The deck distills the EALS value proposition, centered on risk, governance, and defensible infrastructure, into a clear narrative designed for both institutional buyers and conference audiences

Podcast Production and Distribution

We handle end-to-end podcast production for EALS: video editing, thumbnail creation, and multi-platform distribution. Each episode is optimized for reach across podcast directories and repurposed for social media and email, extending the shelf life of every conversation Carol records.

LinkedIn Personal Branding

We rebuilt Carol’s LinkedIn into a high-frequency, high-conversion platform. Weekly content, including carousels, infographics, and insight posts, drove a 600% increase in impressions. Daily outreach to qualified prospects in healthcare, legal, and public service delivered a 4X increase in response rates and leads generated. The channel now functions as EALS’s primary top-of-funnel engine.

Community and Email

We set up and manage a WhatsApp community for leaders in healthcare and legal who are actively engaged with language access equity, a curated environment for lead nurturing, peer credibility, and brand amplification that keeps EALS top-of-mind between formal engagements. A bi-weekly email newsletter, fully designed and powered by prospect contact mining, maintains consistent outreach to decision-makers across all target sectors.
